Julia Nightstand

Hey friends!
I’m so excited to share my next ‘Ana White‘ creation! Many of you remember thebeds she designed for my girlsthat I shared a few months back. I wanted something girly with a lot of charm for their nightstands, and she delivered just that! I love them! Want to see??
Yah… How cute is that??
The best part… I had Lowe’s rip my boards from a 3/4″ sheet of MDF and I was able to make 2 tables for under $60! Take that Pottery Barn ;-)!
You can get the full plans for these cuties over HERE at Ana’s site, but I will share just a few tips and pics with you here!
I used myKreg Jig™to build these! For those of you still on the fence about getting one, I think we have now given you about 400 reasons that you need one! I love mine!
This is what it looks like on the inside where I attached it with theKreg Jig™…
And the outside…
Love it! Makes everything to clean and pretty… And perfectly sturdy!
I used Gorilla Wood Glue to attach my boards as well. This is another FAV of ours! We are currently giving a WHOLE lot of Gorilla Glue away for Mother’s Day! Make sure to get enteredHERE!
My favorite part about these tables is the feet! I used these finials from Lowe’s for mine!
I used my jig saw to make my decorative pieces. I made one and then copied it for the other 3. I am not good with a jig saw, but these were super easy!
My final step was painting it! I just used 2 coats of an Olympic color called Pink Peony… Doesn’t that just sound cute!
And because I know that my kids will be using these I also finished it off with a coat of Rust-Oleum Ultimate Polyurethane!
I love this stuff! It dries quick and protects my hard work from mycrazieskiddos! ?
I found my knobs at Hobby Lobby!
That’s it… I took some pics for you guys and I was done!
What do you think??
My girls love them!
I would love for you to share them and Pin them below!! ?
Remember you can find the full set of easy plans HERE at Ana’s site! Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a great Tuesday!
